This quick-cooking soup is based on a mild vegetable broth and Ramen noodles. It is ideal for vegans, as no animal products are used in its preparation. PREPARATION: Boil 500 ml of water in a pot. Put noodles, vegetable flakes and soup powder in it. Cook for another 4 ½ minutes. Stir well and serve warm!
