In celebration of Shin Ramyun's 35th anniversary, Nongshim created Shin Ramyun Stir-Fry Noodles, spicy noodles without broth. Delicious noodles with a special blend of spices and oil that must be mixed to create the rich taste. The noodles are topped with shiitake mushrooms and fish cakes stamped with the Shin logo. Preparation: Boil 500ml of water, add noodles and flakes. Cook for 2 min, stirring the noodles frequently. Remove from the flame and drain the noodles, leaving about 30ml of water. Add spice powder, vegetable oils and mix well, and serve. Store in a dry place.
