A large bowl of sweet and salty Udon Nongshim noodles with small pieces of tempura dough is a great way to fight hunger on the busiest of days. Eat right away or add other ingredients of your choice! Store in a dry place. Directions for preparation: Open the lid half way. Add soup base powder. Pour boiling water up to the mark inside the cup. Close the lid and wait 4 minutes. Mix and serve.
